About the drops

What the ratio tells you

Drops are extracts, not teas. The herb is steeped in a solution, and every product states the ratio by weight between the herb used and the solution produced, 1 : 7 in the valerian drops for instance.

Because an extract is more concentrated than an infusion, it is measured in drops rather than cups. The instructions for use are given with every product.

Whether a given product is a food or a food supplement is stated on its own page. None of them is a substitute for a varied diet or for treatment with prescribed medicines.
