About this product
The Good Night Drops are a blend of extracts of several plants for evening use, in a water and alcohol solution at a ratio by weight of 1 : 6.5; the composition is listed below the description. Lemon balm and valerian lead it, two plants folk tradition turns to when restlessness makes falling asleep difficult.
Father Simon Ašič recommended them when the NočSIT tea was not enough, or when there was no time to brew it: a few drops in a glass of water an hour before bed. A herb does not work at once, and the drops may reduce alertness at the wheel. If sleep is a lasting trouble, see a doctor.
The drops are made in the Father Simon Ašič Herbal Pharmacy at Stična by steeping the plants in a water and alcohol solution; the ratio is given under the composition. Dose: 15 drops in a cup of tea or water, three times a day. They contain alcohol and are not suitable for children, or for women who are pregnant or breastfeeding.
