About the vinegars

Vinegar in Ašič's writing

In folk herbalism apple cider vinegar is traditionally taken diluted with water, a spoonful to a glass. Father Ašič also mentioned it as something to add to tea.

In the vinegars with herbs, garlic or walnut for instance, the herbs are added while the vinegar matures. The composition and the instructions are given with every product.

Vinegar is a food. It is no substitute for a varied diet, a healthy way of life or treatment with prescribed medicines.
