Trouble sleeping
What is traditionally used for restlessness before sleep, which Ašič blend that is, and when it is time to see a doctor.
Blends and drops traditionally used to settle the nerves and make falling asleep easier. In the taxonomy stress and sleeplessness are two groups, but people most often describe them together, so here they share one page.
The base is lemon balm, hops, lavender, valerian and St John's wort: the plants Father Ašič recommended for restlessness and for trouble falling asleep.
The same plants appear in the tea and in the drops. The tea is milder and drunk in the evening; the drops are more concentrated and measured to the instructions.

An evening tea is traditionally made half an hour to an hour before bed, one teaspoon to a cup of boiling water, covered for ten minutes.
The drops are measured to the instructions on the pack, usually into a little water.
These products are no substitute for treatment with prescribed medicines. If sleeplessness lasts for weeks, see a doctor, as it can be a sign of something else.
Evening blends with lemon balm, hops and lavender. They are drunk warm, half an hour to an hour before bed. The composition is given with every product.
