The Father Simon Ašič Herbal Pharmacy, with its tea room and shop
The Cistercian abbey at Stična, with its herbal pharmacy and the Museum of Christianity in Slovenia, draws more than ten thousand visitors a year – people who, in quiet and unhurried surroundings, would also like to give themselves over to the smell and the taste of natural herbal teas.
For that we converted the rooms of the old dairy in the Cistercian manner and made them into a tea room with the Father Simon Ašič Herbal Pharmacy. In the pharmacy and the tea room we will gladly make you a tea from the blends prepared to Father Simon Ašič's recipes, and in the monastery shop you can also choose from his other herbal preparations and apple cider vinegars, along with other things worth seeing.

At the Father Simon Ašič Herbal Pharmacy in Stična you can have the pharmacist's expert advice and order tea blends made to your own measure – to your own wishes and needs. Besides that you can choose from the blends already made up and from other herbal preparations, or treat yourself to a cup of good herbal tea in the neatly kept tea room, in quiet surroundings and an unhurried mood.

How to find us
The herbal pharmacy is inside the Cistercian Abbey of Stična, on the main road through Stična. You can drive right up to the entrance; there is a car park in front of the monastery.
The monastery nursery works in the same abbey and has its own address, telephone and seasonal opening hours.
Orders and delivery
We send orders out within one to two working days, and the parcel usually arrives the next working day. For registered customers, delivery within Slovenia is free on orders over 55 €; otherwise postage is charged by the weight of the parcel, from 4,99 € upwards. You can also collect your order in person at Stična.
An undamaged and unopened product can be returned within fourteen days of receipt. The details are among the frequently asked questions.
When to see a doctor instead
Our products are foods or cosmetics and are no substitute for medical care. If a trouble lasts, keeps returning or gets worse, see a doctor. If you take medicines, ask your doctor or pharmacist before use.
The herbal pharmacy is inside the monastery complex. The map loads only once cookies have been allowed; without that it cannot be shown.
