Yes. Ring 01 78 77 065 (Mon, Wed, Fri 8.00 to 14.00) and we will place the order for you. A good part of our orders still come by telephone.

We send orders out within one to two working days, so tell us about a change as soon as you can, by telephone.

Yes. At the checkout tick “Ordering for a company” and enter the name and the VAT number; we make the invoice out to the company and put it in the parcel. You can also save the details in your account so you need not enter them every time.

No. You can place an order without registering; we need only a delivery address and contact details. You can create an account later if you would like an overview of your past orders.

After you place an order a confirmation page appears, and we send a confirmation with a summary to your email address. If no confirmation arrives, ring us on 01 78 77 065 (Mon, Wed, Fri 8.00 to 14.00).

Postage is charged by the weight of the parcel: within Slovenia from 4,99 €, abroad from 16,31 €. For registered customers, delivery within Slovenia is free on orders over 55 €; you can create an account during the order itself and the postage comes off that very purchase.

Yes. We send to the countries of the European Union, to other European countries and to selected countries outside Europe. Postage starts at 16,31 € and depends on the country and the weight of the parcel; the exact amount is worked out at the checkout once you choose the country. Free delivery over 55 € applies within Slovenia only.

We make an order up in 1 to 2 working days. Within Slovenia the parcel usually arrives the next working day after it is sent.

On orders over 55 €, if you are a registered customer and we are sending within Slovenia. Without an account, postage is charged by the weight of the parcel, from 4,99 € upwards, whatever the size of the order. Registering is free and takes less than a minute.

Pošta Slovenije. Your usual postman brings the parcel, and if you are out it is left at your nearest post office.

By card (Visa, Mastercard), through PayPal, or against a proforma invoice (UPN). If you collect the order in person at Stična you can pay in the shop on collection. We do not take cash on delivery for the time being.

The site runs over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and the shop does not store card details: the payment is carried out by the payment services provider.

Pour a cup of boiling water over one or two teaspoons of the blend, cover, leave to stand for ten minutes and strain. The exact instructions are given with every product and on every bag, as the blends differ.

The shelf life is printed on the packaging. Keep teas and preparations in a well-closed pack, in a dry, cool and dark place.

Some blends are also meant for children and others are not. Warnings are given with every product; if you are unsure, ring 01 78 77 065 and say the age of the child.

Using our products is no substitute for treatment with prescribed medicines. If you take medicines, ask your doctor or pharmacist before use.

If none of our blends is the right one, the pharmacist will put one together from your description of the trouble. The advice is given by telephone; the process is described on the Tea to order page.

In the monastery company at the Cistercian Abbey of Stična, to the recipes of Father Simon Ašič. Some of the herbs grow in the monastery garden; the rest we buy from suppliers we know.

An undamaged and unopened product can be returned within fourteen days of receipt.

Ring 01 78 77 065 (Mon, Wed, Fri 8.00 to 14.00) and we will arrange the return. The cost of return is borne by the buyer, unless the product was damaged in delivery.

Tell us as soon as you can, with a photograph of the parcel if possible. We replace a damaged product, and in that case the cost of return is not yours to bear.

Stock is stated with every product. We make our products by hand in small batches, so a blend is sold out now and then; in that case the product is marked “Out of stock”.
