Delivery and payment

We make orders up by hand and send them out within one to two working days. What is in stock leaves Stična at once; what is not, we prepare and let you know.

Delivery time

We send orders out within one to two working days, and the parcel usually arrives the next working day. If something is sold out we will ring or write before sending the rest.

Cost of delivery

Postage is charged by the weight of the parcel, to the tariff of Pošta Slovenije.

  • Within Slovenia from 4,99 €; the great majority of orders fall into the lightest band.
  • For registered customers, delivery within Slovenia is free on orders over 55 €.
  • Collection in person at Stična is free.

The exact amount is shown in the cart and at the checkout, before you place the order.

Collection in person

You can collect your order at the Father Simon Ašič Herbal Pharmacy, Stična 21, 1295 Ivančna Gorica. We arrange collection by telephone, so that the parcel is ready when you arrive.

01 78 77 065, pon., sre., pet. 8.00–14.00.

Payment

Card payment (Visa, Mastercard), PayPal and payment against a proforma invoice (UPN). If you collect in person at Stična you can pay in the shop on collection. We do not take cash on delivery for the time being. The shop does not store card details; the payment is handled by the provider.

Delivery abroad

We send to the countries of the European Union, to other European countries and to selected countries outside Europe. Postage starts at 16,31 € and depends on the country and the weight of the parcel; the exact amount is worked out at the checkout once you choose the country.

Free delivery over 55 € applies only to parcels within Slovenia.

If your country is not on the list, write to us at pater.asic@sitik.si and we will see whether sending is possible.

If something is wrong with the parcel

Tell us as soon as you can, with a photograph of the parcel if possible. We replace a damaged product, and in that case the cost of return is not yours to bear. The details are on the Returns page.
