Apple cider vinegar with garlic has a very favourable effect where blood pressure is raised, where cholesterol is raised, and on the circulation of the body. Ašič's apple cider vinegar with garlic is very well suited to the making of all kinds of salad.
The garlic steeps in the vinegar as it matures, at a ratio by weight of 1 : 165. The vinegar is made from Slovenian apples at Stična Abbey, to the recipe of Father Simon Ašič.
Use
For salads with garlic, hearty broths, marinades and sauces. Shake well before use.
