About this product
The RefluSIT blend eases the digestion, helps to maintain a normal pH in the stomach and the normal working of the lining, lessens digestive trouble and cramp, and helps towards the normal working of the gastrointestinal tract. Father Simon Ašič recommended a blend of this kind to everyone troubled by reflux or by the digestion in general. The tea has to be drunk regularly, while keeping away from sweet and fatty food, alcohol and coffee.
Tea preparation
Pour 3 decilitres of boiling water over two teaspoons of the blend. Leave it covered for 10 minutes, then strain. Drink it freshly made, several times a day, within 2 hours of brewing. If you like, enrich the tea with a spoonful of apple cider vinegar.
Warnings
The product is no substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy way of life. Its use is no substitute for treatment with prescribed medicines. Ask a doctor about use during pregnancy and breastfeeding.

How do I brew the tea?
