About this product

Alongside a healthy diet and a healthy way of life, the HoleSIT blend helps to lower cholesterol in the blood, helps with digestive trouble and helps to bring body weight down. Father Simon Ašič also recommended a blend of this kind for cleansing the body and for encouraging the working of the internal organs, above all the kidneys, the liver and the spleen.

Tea preparation

Pour 3 decilitres of boiling water over two teaspoons of the blend. Leave it covered for 10 minutes, then strain. Drink it freshly made, several times a day, within 2 hours of brewing. If you like, enrich the tea with a spoonful of apple cider vinegar.

How do I brew the tea?
