About this product
We make the sparkling honey wine to an old monastery recipe, from good Slovenian honey and mineral-rich spring water that we fetch from hidden corners of the Slovenian mountains. With carefully chosen yeasts we turn the water and the honey into a good honey wine, or mead, and a final fermentation in the bottle makes it the delicious sparkling mead.
Use
Serve well chilled, between 6 and 8 °C, as an aperitif or at a festive table. Open the bottle carefully, as the wine is sparkling.

How do I use the product?

When will my order arrive and how much is delivery?
We send orders out within one to two working days, and the parcel usually arrives the next working day. Postage is charged by the weight of the parcel and starts at 4,99 €; the exact amount is shown in the cart. For registered customers, delivery is free on orders over 55 €.
I am not sure this is the right one for me. Who can advise me?
