Because it takes up poisons, clay can also be used internally.

Drinking clay water cleanses the whole body and in that way increases resistance. Father Simon Ašič recommended drinking clay water for trouble of the digestive tract, the stomach, the gall bladder and the liver, for inflammation of the urinary tract, for trouble of the heart and blood vessels and for some diseases of the skin. Clay is not retained in the body, nor does it set hard. Avoid taking mineral oils, paraffin oils for instance, at the same time.

Use

Take clay water once a day. Stir 1 small spoonful of the powder into 1 decilitre of water, using a wooden spoon and not a metal one. Leave it to stand overnight. In the morning, on an empty stomach, drink only the clay water and throw the sediment away. The course should last three weeks, followed by at least one week's break. After the break the course may be repeated as needed. With chronic constipation and high blood pressure we advise against drinking clay water, or suggest you ask an expert about it.
