The menopause: the herbal pharmacy's answer

The menopause

Customer's question

In the menopause I am troubled by hot flushes and sleeplessness. Do you have anything that would ease them?

The pharmacist's answer

This is a stage of life, not an illness, and what helps, helps with how you feel, not with how it runs its course.

The blend MenoSIT contributes to a better sense of wellbeing in the menopause and eases symptoms such as heavy sweating, tiredness and irritability. Father Ašič recommended it for precisely this period.

If sleeplessness is what tires you most, it is often dealt with separately; see the answer about trouble sleeping.

Hormone replacement therapy is a question for a gynaecologist, and a herbal blend does not replace it. If you are considering it, do not put it off because of a tea.

This answer is general in nature and does not replace a visit to the doctor. The products are foods or cosmetic products and do not replace medical treatment.
