Bloating and wind: the herbal pharmacy's answer

Bloating and wind

Customer's question

After eating I am often bloated and feel full. What do you advise?

The pharmacist's answer

First the question we put to everyone: when does it happen, and after what? Bloating is often the answer to eating fast or to a particular food, and no tea will put that right.

What is traditionally used for wind and cramps in the belly is fennel, anise and caraway. Here they are in the blend VetroviSIT, which supports appetite and healthy digestion and eases the passing of gas.

A cup after a meal is an old habit and a good one: a warm drink helps in itself.

If the trouble keeps coming back, is persistent or comes with weight loss, it belongs with a doctor, not in a teacup.
