Immunity in winter: the herbal pharmacy's answer

Published 1 min read

Immunity in winter

Customer's question

Every winter I get three colds. Is there anything I can do to have fewer?

The pharmacist's answer

Honestly: sleep, movement and a varied diet do the most. Anything below is an addition to that, not a replacement.

Echinacea is the herb most traditionally used to support the immune system. Here it is in Echinacea Drops, and the blend ImunoSIT supports the body's defences.

The habit Father Ašič recommended is simple: begin in autumn, not when you are already coughing.

This is not a vaccine and does not prevent infection. If you have an autoimmune disease or take medicines for the immune system, talk to your doctor before using it.
