On Sunday 4 June, as part of the Fair Day in Stična, Father Simon Ašič's herb garden was blessed and officially opened.
On this occasion vine seedlings of Sylvaner were ceremonially planted in the garden, a grape that was raised and grown in Stična monastery already several centuries ago.
