The crib-makers of the oldest Slovenian monastery, in Stična, led by Marjan Zadravec, have again this year set up a nativity crib that is a real attraction and certainly worth seeing. The crib, which will be on view from 25 December until Candlemas, is in the building of the former joinery, in the immediate vicinity of Stična monastery, the Basilica of Our Lady of Sorrows, the Museum of Christianity in Slovenia and Father Simon Ašič's Herbal Pharmacy and herb garden.
You are cordially invited to see the famous Stična nativity crib, which you can combine with a visit to other sights, and you are also cordially invited to a warm and tasty herbal tea at Father Simon Ašič's Herbal Pharmacy.
