The tea contains herbs that affect blood circulation, muscles, joints or have a beneficial effect on the whole body. Hibiscus has a tonic effect and helps to strengthen the body, also maintains good blood circulation and reduces the feeling of heavy legs. Rosehip helps maintain joint mobility and contributes to good physical well-being. Rosemary helps the body’s natural defenses. Oats affect energy metabolism.
Pour two teaspoons of the tea mixture with 3 deciliters of boiling water. Leave covered for 10 minutes and then strain. Several times a day, we drink freshly prepared tea, which can be enriched with a teaspoon of apple cider vinegar if desired.
Drinking tea and using monk Ašič’s products are not substitutes for treatment with prescribed drugs!
