Ašič apple cider vinegar

Homemade apple cider vinegar contains everything that is in the fruit, which was known since ancient times (Adam and Eve). Charlemagne introduced apple cultivation in Europe around 800 AD. Today we know over 7,500 apple cultivars with different characteristics, e.g. early, summer, winter, sour, sweet, yellow, red, round, oblong, etc.

The apple contains vitamins A, B, C, which concentration is 6 times higher in the skin than in the flesh. In addition to vitamins, it contains many minerals, especially potassium, magnesium, iron, and sulphur. An important ingredient is pectin, which acts as a sponge in the body, absorbing poisons. Ingredients such as dextrose, cane sugar, malic acid, lactic and oxalic acid, enzymes, flavonoids and tannins only enrich this valuable food. The most important is potassium, which ensures the proper distribution of water in the body, the transmission of signals along the nervous system, and regulates the proper functioning of the kidneys and muscles.

Uses and benefits of apple cider vinegar

Uses Apple cider vinegar was already used by the Egyptians as a food, preservative or to help with various ailments. It is also mentioned in traditional Chinese medicine.

Our bodies have to eliminate harmful substances left over from metabolism through known pathways such as the digestive tract, lungs, urinary tract and skin. However, when these organs and the body as a whole are overloaded with harmful substances, they can remain and accumulate in various organs and joints, causing a variety of diseases. Apple cider vinegar can help the body to break down and dispose of harmful substances. A similar process is called acetolysis in science. It is right to be aware of this and do something to detoxify.

Apple vinegar with honey

You can also prepare apple cider vinegar with honey yourself:

100 g Ašič apple cider vinegar
200 g honey
700 g water

Warm the mixture slightly (up to 25 °C), stir well so that the honey and vinegar are mixed into the water. Store in a cool place. Enjoy 1 to 2 deciliters in the morning on an empty stomach.
