Our Stiška bitter is made after the model of “Swedish bitter”, with which the Austrian herbalist Maria Treben used to treat. The recipe for our bitter was made by monk Asič.
Bitter gourd is used to help with digestive problems and to promote running. The bitters present in some herbs work by stimulating the digestive cascade – by stimulating the taste buds, saliva begins to accumulate in the mouth, and digestive juices begin to be secreted in the digestive tract. They play an important role in the digestion of food. Herbs that are not particularly bitter, but have a beneficial effect on the digestive system, such as anise, fennel, cumin, can also be added to bitters.
Usage:
Drink a tablespoon of bitters mixed with water three times a day before or after meals.
Warnings:
Keep out of the reach of children. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. This product is not a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. The use of the product is not a substitute for treatment with prescribed medication. Not suitable for pregnant women and nursing mothers.
