Description:
Grey clay powder for external use.
Clay has long been known to bind toxic substances to the body, thus removing them from the body. Warm compresses help with rheumatism and various gastrointestinal problems. Cold clay compresses help with swelling, migraines, swollen feet, varicose veins and some heart diseases.
Use:
Put the needed amount of clay into a non-plastic, non-aluminium or non-metal container. Prepare water or a mixture of water and apple cider vinegar (1 part of vinegar and 2 parts of water) and add to the container with clay. The clay to the prepared liquid ratio should be 70 % to 30 %. Leave to rest for one hour in order for the liquid to be absorbed.
Place the compress on the affected area for 1 to 2 hours. Leave a warm compress on the affected area until it cools, which is 3 to 4 hours. In case of chronic illness, the compress can be left on the affected area overnight.
Warning: Always apply the prepared clay on a healthy skin. Avoid eye contact.
