ČreSIT tea can be consumed by people suffering from intestinal problems, such as irritable bowels, pain, wind or constipation.
The tea contains herbs that have a beneficial effect on digestion. Angelica contributes to maintaining the physiological pH of stomach acid and the health of the gastrointestinal tract, and also supports the cleansing of the organism. Calendula contains compounds that give it anti-fungal and anti-bacterial properties. Marjoram helps maintain the bowels and is used to ease digestion. Fennel helps with flatulence and abdominal cramps. Basil and peppermint help with relaxation. Yarrow contributes to good digestion.
Pour two teaspoons of the tea mixture with 3 deciliters of boiling water. Leave covered for 10 minutes and then strain. Several times a day, we drink freshly prepared tea, which can be enriched with a teaspoon of apple cider vinegar if desired.
Drinking tea and using monk Ašič’s products are not substitutes for treatment with prescribed drugs!
