Purchase process in the online store

Sitik d.o.o. acts as a company that offers goods or services via the Internet and in a physical store (address of the physical store: Patra Simona Ašič’s Teahouse and herbal pharmacy, Stična 17, 1295 Ivančna Gorica).
The buyer pays the purchase price to Sitik d.o.o., and receives an invoice together with the goods. The online store operates in the territory of the Republic of Slovenia and in other EU countries.

You can make a purchase as a registered or unregistered user. Before clicking the “complete purchase” button, you can change and correct all elements of the order. Before completing the order, it is necessary to agree to the general terms and commit to payment. After clicking on the “complete purchase” button, the order is complete, and the order summary appears on the screen. You will also receive an order confirmation by e-mail. When paying by invoice, the offer is valid for 5 days from the receipt of the invoice.

The process of purchase and conclusion of the contract
Information on the status and content of the order is always available to the customer on the provider’s website.
The stages and conditions of order processing are listed below.

Registration:
If the user already has a username and password, he registers and continues the purchase, otherwise he completes the registration process (opational).

Product selection and order submission:
The user selects products and confirms his choice by clicking the “add to basket” button. The customer can see what is in the shopping basket by clicking on the shopping basket icon on the right side of the dialog box. In the basket, the buyer can check the price, quantity, characteristics of the selected products once again, and can also remove them by clicking on the “X”. After making changes, he must update the selection by clicking the “update basket” button.
When the customer is satisfied with the order, he clicks the “proceed to checkout” button.

Cashier:
The buyer fills in the required fields with information on the method of payment and delivery. You can change or cancel your order in this step. By clicking on the “place order” button and accepting the business conditions, the buyer confirms his order.
Four payment methods are possible:
a) Payment by proforma invoice (for delivery or personal collection): You will receive a proforma invoice to the e-mail address you provided in the application or when ordering when the order is confirmed. The deadline for payment is 3 days after receipt of the proforma invoice.
b) Payment by credit card: In our online store, you can pay with Visa, Mastercard credit cards, as well as with the Maestro card, if you have activated online payment at your bank. Sitik d.o.o. uses Stripe for card payments, which is a secure online payment system, payments are made in real time with credit and debit cards.
c) Cash on delivery (for delivery via Pošta Slovenije): You will receive an order confirmation to your e-mail address, and the ordered products will be delivered to you by Pošta Slovenije.
d) Payment in the store (only for personal pickup): You will receive an order confirmation to your e-mail address, which we will prepare for you to pick up in our Zeliščna lekarna and patra Simon Ašič teahouse within 5 working days at the latest. Payment is possible with cash or payment cards.

Order in queue:
After submitting the order, the buyer receives a notification by e-mail that the order has been accepted into the queue. The buyer has the right to cancel the order and withdraw from the contract remotely within one hour after placing the order, i.e. until the order is processed (the order must be canceled by e-mail to info@sitik.si). It is mandatory to write down the order number. The e-mail address from which the buyer cancels the order must match the e-mail address he used when confirming the purchase. If the buyer does not cancel the order, the order goes into further processing.

Order confirmed:
If the buyer does not cancel the order within one hour after submission, the order goes into further processing, during which the provider reviews the order, checks the availability of the ordered items and then confirms the order or rejects it with a reason. The provider can call the customer on his contact phone number or contact him by e-mail to check the data or ensure the accuracy of the delivery. Upon confirmation of the order, the provider also informs the customer by e-mail about the expected delivery date. The contract for the purchase of the ordered items between the buyer and the provider is irrevocably concluded at this stage.

Goods shipped:
The provider prepares the goods, ships them and informs the buyer about this by e-mail. The package also contains a printed invoice, which the customer receives together with the ordered products.

Delivery and delivery time:
The ordered goods will be delivered in Slovenia within 3 to 5 working days, or up to 10 working days for other EU countries. The delivery of ordered goods is carried out by Pošta Slovenije, usually in the morning hours. If there is no one at the specified address at the time of delivery, the courier leaves a notice, and you can pick up the goods at your post office within the next 14 days. In other countries, the goods will be delivered within the time and method provided by the delivery person or its contractual partners.

Shipping costs are defined according to weight or the weight of the final order: and regarding the country indicated by the buyer for the delivery of the products.

up to 0.5 kg, postage cost: 4.40 €
over 0.5 kg to 2 kg, postage cost: 7.00 €
over 2 kg to 5 kg, postage cost: 8.40 €
over 5 kg to 10 kg, postage cost: 9.90 €
over 10 kg to 15 kg, postage cost: 11.40 €
over 15 kg to 20 kg, postage cost: 12.90 €
over 20 kg to 25 kg, postage cost: 14.70 €

Delivery prices for Croatia:
up to 2 kg, postage cost: 8.98 €
over 2 kg to 5 kg, postage cost: 10.31 €
over 5 kg to 10 kg, postage cost: 14.05 €
over 10 kg to 15 kg, postage cost: 14.42 €
over 15 kg to 20 kg, postage cost: 14.80 €
over 20 kg to 25 kg, postage cost: 17.09 €
