Product description:
Our “KRRT” tea is one of our most popular teas. It is also Asič’s most famous tea mixture, because Asič liked to say about it that whoever drinks this tea will not get sick soon (“go to the land of the mole”).
The acronym KRRT stands for nettle, dandelion, yarrow and plantain, each of which has its own healing properties and can help with many ailments. Nettle contributes to the vitality of the body, promotes good blood circulation and helps the body’s defenses. Dandelion has a prebiotic effect and contributes to good digestion. Yarrow is also used to ease digestion and may also lower blood cholesterol levels. Plantain soothes the throat, pharynx and vocal cords and helps maintain good liver function and aids digestion.
KRRT can also be obtained from us in the form of drops (tincture).
Tea preparation:
Pour two teaspoons of the tea mixture with 3 deciliters of boiling water. Leave covered for 10 minutes and then strain. Several times a day, we drink freshly prepared tea, which can be enriched with a teaspoon of apple cider vinegar if desired.
Drinking tea and using monk Ašič’s products are not substitutes for treatment with prescribed drugs!
