Product description:

Mamma tea is recommended to young mothers as an aid in breastfeeding and in general as an aid to well-being.

The tea contains herbs that affect lactation, the digestive system or have a calming effect. Fennel helps with milk production and helps maintain breast health during breastfeeding. It also helps with flatulence and abdominal cramps. Cumin and spore also support lactation. Lemon balm is used to reduce irritability and promote better sleep. Dandelion stimulates digestion, and Icelandic lichen also contributes to good digestion.

Tea preparation:

Pour two teaspoons of the tea mixture with 3 deciliters of boiling water. Leave covered for 10 minutes and then strain. Several times a day, we drink freshly prepared tea, which can be enriched with a teaspoon of apple cider vinegar if desired.
